Great running vehicle
I bought this vehicle used, because I wanted something I could travel around the United States with that would get decent gas mileage. I also wanted something I would be able to sleep in at rest areas or campgrounds. I was amazed that I was able to get around 30 mpg on road trips and over 25 mpg while in the city. I have done some normal maintenance, such as changing the oil and checking the fluids regularly, and that is all I have had to do since I bought it. I was expecting something to break on the vehicle because of its age and the amount of miles I put on it, but so far, it still runs great with no problems at all.

Not reliable
The Chrysler Town and Country from 1998, LXi model, is an underwhelming vehicle. It has decent enough power with the 3.8L engine, but it has had multiple issues from the time I got it at 92,000 miles. The alternator went, the starter, the battery, the A/C cooling fan under the dashboard, the struts, shocks, the coolant system has had issues (which is a larger GM issue with the DEXCOOL longer lasting coolant. It corrodes and gets all clumpy, clogs up your radiator and cooling system). My transmission oil cooler line blew on me on a long road trip, almost totaled my car because there was no oil in my transmission for 10 miles. I understand many of these are required maintenance and will go sooner or later, but in the course of 50K miles, it seemed excessive. One thing I do like about it is the interior. It has very nice captains seats and nice storage containers. Another thing I like is that parts are readily available on many websites for it, and they are never too expensive. It has gotten my family where it needs to go, but overall, it has been a budget car to get us to a position for a more reliable minivan.

There was no hassle/pressure in regards to making a purchase. The up front pricing was also amazing. I didn't have to worry about no hidden charges. Great customer service started once I stepped foot out my car to look around for my new car. All customer service reps were very professional and I will always make this my 1st stop if I should be in the market for another car.

Great prices, wonderful customer service. Very quick, bought two cars from them actually. Never had any issues with either one. In fact, they called me a year later and asked if everything was still ok!
