2001 Chrysler Town and Country
I bought the car used. I want to say it had 130,000 miles on it at time of purchase. The seller was asking $1,200. I took it for a good long test drive and got the car hot. I drove back to the seller's house and parked it. During test drive I noticed it had an exhaust leak, and the exhaust was loud. I left the vehicle running and got down to look under the car at the exhaust. Just then I heard a noise and then water splashing on the ground. The radiator had a leak in it. The leak was inline with the belt system. It got the belt wet, the belt slipped off and the spaying coolant started hitting the ground -- those were the noises I heard. So I talked the guy down to $900, bought and installed a new radiator and belt for $200, and it drove fine for a while. Over the next three years, this van has proved to be a constant project for me. One thing after another. I've replaced the radiator, belt (twice), power steering pump, water pump (three times), thermostat and upper thermostat housing, upper and lower radiator hose, valve cover gaskets, plugs and wires, both front door window regulators, both sliding door exterior door handles, muffler and resonator, blower motor, front brakes (at least twice), rear drum brakes, and all four tires. It seemed like every time I had scratched everything off the list for things needing to be done to the van, something would happen and there would be another list of things. This was true to the very end. Last Saturday, I replaced the front brakes and both outer tie rods. Everything was done, and it was ready for winter. Nearly 24 hours later, my transmission suddenly went out. Internal failure. I am currently shopping for a new vehicle.

Spacious, reliable, family friendly, comfortable.
My vehicle is a Chrysler Town and Country Minivan. I purchased the vehicle (used) right after the birth of my second child. My previous vehicle was a small two-door car, which was not spacious enough for two children and two car seats. I did not set out to specifically by a T&C or any other specific vehicle. My only priority was finding an affordable vehicle that would accommodate my growing family. However, after owning my T&C, I fell in love with it. I would highly recommend it to families or anybody who needs more space and a comfortable ride. I love my T&C. Mechanically, the vehicle has been very sound. I have had to replace a few parts, however, the vehicle was used before I purchased it and I drove it for five years before I had to get mechanical work done, so I absolutely cannot complain. Bottom line, all vehicles eventually require maintenance and new parts.

I liked being able to schedule an appointment online. So it made shopping for a car extremely easy. You can see their stock online and their lobby is loaded with food you can eat while you wait.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I went in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. They met my expectations. Great when it comes to service, too.
