My Chrysler Town And Country is a reliable ride. It's held up well with only a few problems and minor inconveniences. The car itself provides stable handling. The turning radius is a bit wide, but other than that, it fits my lifestyle well.
Story
I found a metal china cabinet at the end of somebody's driveway. When the owner saw me loading it, he called after me. It turns out he had the glass doors that go with it. That cabinet is providing valuable storage space in my kitchen.
Pros
The space is the number one reason for liking this vehicle. I've moved everything from refrigerators to china cabinets with no problems at all. It is slightly too small to move a full 4 foot by 8 foot sheet of plywood, but it does have a good wide bed other wise. The engine compartment is pretty spacious as well, which makes working under the hood rather easy.
Cons
The electrical system has some quirks. Some of these are age related. I have replaced the alternator and other electrical components. It suffers from "Crazy Dial" syndrome, which is due to faulty grounding. This is worse in especially humid weather. 2005 was the year when Chrysler switched from removable rear seats to fold down seating. I usually don't have those seats installed, but when I have had to move them they are fairly heavy. My vehicle is showing signs of rust in what I have noticed are common places for this vehicle. I would think that Chrysler would learn from this and add rein... (more)

My vehicle is a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with basic trim. I bought it in November 2015, and it had 42,000 miles on it. I have put 45,000 miles on it with a mixture of freeway and city driving. Mileage has remained within stated parameters, with an average of 20 mpg. I've replaced the front brake pads, tires and battery.
Story
I was out antiquing and I hit the mother load. Each time I added an item to my stash, I thought I had reached capacity, but I kept finding ways to add just one more item. This vehicle is amazingly spacious, despite looking rather compact.
Pros
Large cargo space, durability, longevity, comfortable driving, and good seating arrangement.
Cons
Not quite long enough to haul 4x8 sheets (misses by about six inches). No stow-and-go seats. Stiff turning. Limited ability to perform alignment (as report by a technician). Threshold too high for those with limited mobility.
