Used Ford Taurus for Sale

It has a V6, which is nice, because my previous sedan only had a 4 cylinder, but this car has very loose steering (I bought it used), and does not feel incredibly solid when driving. This may just be a result of age though. the car also has an ugly grey interior, with cloth seats. It does have working air conditioning and heat which is good though. The stereo that it came with also only had a CD player, and no auxiliary inputs. I really wish that the car had ABS or traction control, because it does not handle very well. I like to refer to it as a 'boat' because it takes very wide turns and does not stop very easily compared to my previous vehicle. I do like having the ability to seat 3 in the front and 3 in the back though, because most sedans don't seat 6. It gets reasonable gas mileage. I'd estimate around 20 mpg average.

I got this car from my grandfather, who was the first and only owner. Shortly after receiving it, it started having problems. I've heard from many people that 90's Taurus' and Fords in general aren't made very well and I tend to agree.

This car is sixteen years old and I haven't had any major problems with it. I had engine problems three years after I got it, but other than that the car has been great. The car still runs great and it gets good gas mileage.
