Used Ford Explorer for Sale

This vehicle that I have is a very dependable vehicle. I bought it as just a way to get around basically but even though it has more than 200,000 miles and I've put around 15,000 miles on it, it still runs great. I've done a lot of maintenance on small things but the main things, such as the engine, have yet to give me problems. You can comfortably fit 5 people in there with lots of room for everyone.

I like the Explorer pretty well, it's the first SUV I've owned and I wouldn't go back to driving a small car after my experience. I like how it handles but it's had to have a lot of work since I've gotten it, which is to be expected from driving it about 100,000 miles since it was purchased and most through no fault of how it was made (ea.. A toddler shoved a pencil into the air conditioner vents and I needed to fix it so it would change from a/c to heat again). I would like some work done to the interior, updating the stereo system, etc. The air conditioner vent has been lose and won't stay in position since I've gotten it. When I was looking to buy the car I test drove another Explorer and ultimately decided to get the one I got because of a large crack on the back of the other one. Soon after purchasing this one a large crack in the same spot appeared and I've found out it was a weakness common in Explorers. I've driven it often, and take it with me when I go hiking and it's always did great with the right maintenance.

The car is a fun car to drive and his given my wife and I minimal problems. One fun thing about the car is that it has a stronger acceleration that what we are used to, its really easy to pick up speed fast for changing lanes or for whatever other reason. The interior has held up, and as long as we clean it regularly it still looks nice and new. I enjoy giving others rides in my car because its simple and functional. One thing that could be a setback is that there is limited space in the car, its a smaller car. But that can also be a positive when driving in the city or populated areas.
