Non stress sales approach. We used the internet sales rep. He had the exact car we wanted and negotiated the price before going in. We were at the dealer for only 90 minutes. Everyone was friendly and nice. We go there for the free oil changes even though it is 45 minutes away because the dealership in our town is awful.

I never felt pressured by the dealers when I bought my car, they let me test drive it and they showed me all of the features on board.
