I called for general information and spoke with a knowledgeable salesperson. She provided detailed info on the phone and this prompted a quick visit. She made helpful suggestions, including used rather than new. She was exceedingly helpful with paperwork, kept her promises.

It was okay. They were friendly and efficient but it was terrifying.

Staff is very friendly, not so much in your face all the time. Most are very knowledgeable about their product.
