They let me browse the lot on my own, test drive on my own, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured into buying. I also appreciated how friendly the atmosphere was, because it didn't feel like the employees were just there to make a buck. Instead, it really felt like they cared about providing me the best service possible.
