I purchased this van in 2014. This is the best car I have ever owned! Not one of them! The Dodge Caravan is nice looking, with great build quality and durability. It is a fuel-saver, too! I once ran for three weeks (daily commute) without running out of gas. The best thing I like about this van is its loading capability/flexibility. The front, right chair can be moved all the way to the front, making more room for back seats. The second row of seats (two seats) can be completed folded to its underfloor compartment (and those can be used as storage when the seats are not folded). The third row (three seats) can be fully or partially folded, making it capable of driving four people (driver not included) and their luggage to airports.
Story
I once went camping with friend, but due to the lack of preparation, I didn't realize our tent was broken a day before our departure. And we decided to fold all the chairs and sleep in our van. And let me tell you, it was so comfortable!
Pros
This car can hold seven people (eight people if squeezed in) when the seats are upright. And the loading space is huge when seats are folded (bigger than a standard-sized twin mattress).
Cons
The gravity center of this van is a little too high to my taste, making driving on snow/ice without wheel chains a little slippery.

The ease of use of this vehicle is absolutely amazing compared to any other vehicle I have owned. It is spacious and can morph if I need more storage or go back if I need more seating. I love that with the push of a button I can open doors for my kids to get in/out. The trunk isn't a struggle to close since it can be closed automatically as well. This particular year/model doesn't have a built-in television but we have been able to use portable ones easily. I never wanted a minivan but now that I have one, I can't imagine getting anything else.
Story
My husband is known as a tough-guy but when we pulled up to our kids soccer game with this everyone could tell how proud he was that he got his first minivan. They thought it was sweet. He was officially a proud family guy.
Pros
The automatic rear passenger doors are the absolute best thing. I live where it gets very cold in the winter and it saves so much time with getting in and out of the vehicle for me and the kids. Next I would have to say the seating options. If I need to fold a seat down for more storage space for sports bags or extra long lacrosse sticks, I can. And I am very small and can change the seats without the help of my husband which is great!
Cons
It does not have the head rest TV screens since it is a little older model. One of the automatic doors will stick when it gets really cold. I'm talking when it's -10 degrees. So that's a pretty extreme temperature, but where I live it gets like that a dozen times a year.

I do not think the dealership was great. The only reason I purchased from them was because they had the exact car I wanted. They were rude and pushy and seemed very sexist. I couldn't get any straight answers from them until I brought a man with me.

It is a no haggle no commission setup. All the cars are used rentals or leases and they are priced right at KBB values. I took the car to a mechanic and he said I got a great deal. We paid cash and it made the transaction even easier.
