I was interested in a Dodge Challenger I saw on their website. When I went to the dealer, they located the car for me, showed me cheaper options as well, and let me test drive a few cars to make up my mind. The salespeople were all friendly and professional. They were willing to work with me and keep negotiating until I was satisfied. They were pushy but I was expecting that so it didn't really bother me- it's part of their job. In the end, I ended up buying the Challenger I initially saw online and the price was the same as advertised online. I got a decent deal and traded the car I owned at that time to the dealer as well. They paid a little less than the internet value of my trade-in, about $800 less. Probably because I had some minor wear and tear on the car seats. The financial approval took a while but I got a competitive loan rate- I asked my personal bank for a rate before I went to the car dealership so that I had something to compare rates to. I chose to finance with the dealership because it was just more convenient at the time. The process after the finalization of loan terms was a little tedious and took forever. There is a lot of paperwork and they try to convince you to buy additional insurance etc. Overall, it was a great experience!
