The looks and styling of this car were awesome when I purchased it in 2008, and even beyond that time it has managed to still appear current. I love the interior space, the built in satellite radio and the overall comfort of the interior. The cabin is very spacious and was especially accommodating to my very large frame. The initial quality of the car was mediocre and I had to spend over 500 dollars in repairs to stop a transmission leak in the first year I owned it since the warranty mileage had gone by. Since that time it has been fairly dependable, though the check engine light has been on for over 2 years with no discernible problem. There is one blind spot when looking back to the left and attempting to use the back window to see oncoming traffic, made merging into traffic from the left especially dangerous. The gas mileage has been above average, even for the rating on the vehicle sticker. In terms of performance it has been incredibly fun to drive and accelerates and shifts smoothly. The handling is excellent and the braking is a little soft but nothing too obvious when traveling at normal speed. The only negative I would mention in this category is that it is a rear wheel drive and it spins on occasion when it seems there's no reason for it to spin and can some times feel like I'm driving a rocket sled.
