Dodge Charger 2008, one of the best cars we've ever owned.
The Dodge Charger I own has been a reliable vehicle for myself and my husband for the past six years. We love the classic charger looks and the excellent performance. In terms of looks, ours has rims, and we have tinted the windows to give it a really nice, modern look. Everyone compliments us on it. The trunk room is spacious, and it's surprisingly spacious considering it is a four door. The car has decent speed as well. The leg room inside for my 6'5" tall husband is great. The comfort, interior, and ease of driving. I learned to drive on this car, and having never driven before, I had an easy time learning all the abilities and functions. We have had only a few mechanical issues since owning the car, and it has proved to be a keeper. People all the time comment on it, and although it's slightly old now, the newer Dodge Chargers don't hold much appeal for me. Also, I really enjoy that the Dodge Charger is one of the top-rated safe cars. That makes me feel a bit better. As far as something I dislike about the car, I wish the brakes weren't as sensitive as they are. I'm a novice car driver, only got my license a couple years ago. And I've only ever practiced on this car. Sometimes the brakes can be too sensitive, and when I start it up, the ignition gets stuck occasionally. It can be annoying. The fuel economy is just average.

The Dodge Charger 2013 R/T AWD is great for local driving, but has poor gas mileage and a history of breaking down. I had this exact same fear, so I bought the best available warranty. I was most worried about an all-wheel drive system on a torquey-V8 failing, because I read reviews online. IÕm nearing 50,000 miles and have been somewhat disciplined about maintenance, but the only issues have been standard recalls and warped brake rotors, which I had not had too many issues with. I bought my car after having my first child, so Camry/Avalon were the main serious competition as I was coming from a Corolla. If you test drive down the GT AWD, you wonÕt go back. Dodge Charger is one of the most precisely engineered and easy to drive sports cars I have ever had. It has a large interior, well designed dashboard, and user-friendly interface for engaging all of the features.
