Overall bad experience! We ordered a special truck with vinyl flooring. That was why we ordered the truck in the first place instead of accepting one off of their lot. We waited about 2 months for it to come in and it had carpet in it. The Dealers son told us that we didn't specify vinyl flooring and that we must accept the truck or forfeit our 1K deposit. The transaction ended with us calling the police and forcing the return of our deposit and Don K almost got knocked out because he was in my husband's face trying to force the sale. Terrible customer service! Be careful dealing with Don K himself. He is a snake!
