Dodge Grand Caravan Ashburn, VA OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS

Should've bought a Honda/Nissan
I would not buy this vehicle again, or any Dodge. I still pay for it each month & never even hardly drive it because I don't feel safe in it. There has been constant recalls on it. I have had several problems with the engine & different issues. When it's running fine, I have no problem with it. I have 4 children and I can't drive something that may break down at any moment. I have had horrible service with the Dodge dealership in my area & have been left without a car many times. Finally I purchased another car and I just drive it only now.

First of all, they had the vehicle I wanted in specific color and options. It was the closest dealer to my location. Sales person was honest and easy to work with.

They let me be when considering cars. They didn't bother me or try to push me into a new car, they asked my price range and showed me a couple cars in my price range. The salesman was extremely friendly, not pushy, and negotiable.
