I had a 1995 Dodge Intrepid as my second vehicle that I have ever owned. It was grey, with grey interior and really came with all of the bells and whistles. Automatic seat placement, fog lights, upgraded radio, upgraded tires and rims, etc.. The problem was that all of these little things eventually fell apart.
Story
I was driving home from the mechanic, where I had just spent close to $2,000 dollars replacing the transmission, when the power steering went. AND a cv joint. So I called up the shop and had them tow me back.
Pros
The nicer things about the 1995 Dodge Intrepid was the ride that it gave when I first bought it. It felt like I was driving on a cloud. The original radio, an upgraded version, was adequate for my needs. The interior was comfortable, and the seats were very large, which is important, as I'm a larger man.
Cons
Virtually everything else fell apart on this car. I replace a transmission, broken motor mounts, shocks, struts, power steering pump, axels, and even the motor that shoots the windshield washer fluid broke. Power windows were only powered for first 3 months I owned the car. And all of this happened under 100,000 miles.

I like that it's a four door sedan, with lots of room in the back seat. It has a heat/air vent in the back of the center console, which is great for keeping the kids comfortable. There are a lot of features with electronics, like auto dimming rear view mirror, which keeps those annoying bright lights of the guy behind you from driving you nuts. There's a distance till empty mileage tracker on the fuel tank, as well as temperature sensors and a trip monitor. The seals around the doors are coming loose, and the wind whistles through them. The vents are not very powerful for the drivers' side, making the passenger overly hot/cold. And the auto stick option on the automatic shifter is an unnecessary option, I have never once used it. It's a good car, but not what I was hoping for.
Pros
The space, fuel economy for the size of the sedan, and the style of the body. I like the factory sound system in it, and the steering wheel cruise control buttons are handy. I like the digital console features with the trip odometer and the temperature, as well as the amount of mileage left on the tank of gas.
Cons
The uneven distribution of the heating/air conditioning between the passenger and driver's side. The seals around the doors coming loose. The plastic trim around the body comes loose easily.

They had the car I was interested in and another vehicle of the same type of car in the garage to warm up before I got to the dealership. He did not pressure me into buying the vehicle. He explained the differences clearly to me between the 2 vehicles. They helped get me financed the same day and drove off the lot with the vehicle same day.
