Awesome, but expensive to maintain.
I purchased the 2005 Audi A4 off lease with 19k miles. It's a dolphin gray color with black leather interior and every available option. I can truly say it's a pleasure to drive, but it's a real pain to maintain. I always felt that Audi is a statement car. It says, "I've arrived" to anyone who measures that sort of thing. It handles well, has excellent power for an entry level engine, and all the creature comforts that someone with my salary range can afford.

The sales staff is low-pressure; customers are able to look at the inventory without a sales person pestering them.

For me, it all comes down to loaner cars. . . A lot of dealerships give you the cheapest possible demo car, usually entry-level. In my opinion, they should match or exceed the car you're having serviced. So when I have my A6 worked on, I want an A6, Q7, or A8. I realize this isn't practical, but it irks me when I have to drive around an A3 hatchback all day. Bommarito West County always matches my car, or exceeds it in this way.
