Used BMW 3 Series for Sale in Pataskala, OH

The greatest thing about this dealership is that we ended up getting a car that has been, for the most part, extremely reliable and a good addition to our family. The dealership was clean and the salespeople were easy to work with. When we purchased the car, it was actually during a blizzard and we drove from the Columbus area to take a look at it and ultimately purchase the BMW. The dealership did a good job of keeping their lot cleared of snow and had removed the snow from the vehicle we had come to look at before we arrived. Unfortunately, there were several (at the time, small) spots of rust that were not visible in the pictures online and we were told over the phone that it was completely rust-free. We still felt comfortable purchasing the car but the oxidation has gotten worse and had we known about the rust (including the spots that you could not see with the snow) before we made the trip, we may have passed on the car. Getting the title also ended up being a hassle because they had to mail it to us and it took about 4 weeks before we finally had it in hand.

The dealership was fantastic. They had a great finance department that got me a better rate than what I had been pre approved for through my local credit union. They were not pushy at all and answered all of my questions fairly. They spent as much time with me as possible and let me test drive the car by myself (something that is becoming rarer and rarer). Overall it was a completely pleasant experience. Their service prices are a little high but its a relief knowing properly trained people are working on what is my fairly expensive vehicle.
