Used BMW 5 Series for Sale in Grosse Pointe, MI

I have owned this car for a little over a year, and it is my first European import. I have thoroughly enjoyed owning the car and have, thus far, encountered no mechanical issues. As far as my favorite aspects of the car, the styling is understated but still very attractive which is one thing that drew me to the car in the beginning. The inline 6 provides very smooth power delivery and BMW's VANOS intake timing system makes it smoother than most any other car I have driven. Performance is surprisingly good for such a large car with only a 2.5 liter straight six. It's certainly not an M5 or on par with a 540i, but it is definitely sufficient and provides decent gas mileage while delivering responsive power. The handling is excellent and steering is spot on and delivers a feel not found in a lot of modern cars. The interior is well put together and well thought out. As far as problems, the only issue that I have had with the car is that I could have used a more featured sound system at the price level the car originally sold for.

I purchased my 1998 BMW 528i from a small car dealership for around $5000. It had around 130,000 miles on it which I didn't mind. It performed very well and was actually very fast and powerful. I had fun driving it around as it had very good handling. I never once slid on the road. It even performed well in the snow because it was front wheel drive.
