My car is amazing. It is the perfect combination of style, power, and class. From the moment I took it for a test drive, I fell in love and could not imagine myself in any other car...ever. Perhaps the thing that I love best about my car is that it feels super safe. There are so many safety features in it that I feel confident that I would be safe if I ever got into an accident. Of course the entertainment features make it a fun car to drive too, with the iPod hookup, premium sound system, and built in Bluetooth connectivity. The one thing that I dislike is the cost of repairs. Because I bought this car used, I knew that there would be some repairs at some point. Repairs that one would think are minor end up costing thousands, and it puts a major dent in ones pocket!! But, I learned that taking it to a trusted mechanic rather than the dealership is a good way to save some money in that area, but it is still a costly car to maintain.

The customer service was excellent from the moment we stepped in. The salespeople were very attentive but not at all pushy. There was never any pressure to buy a car, which was refreshing. I actually went in knowing exactly the car I wanted, and the salespeople were happy to answer any and all of my questions. Also, the fact that there was no negotiating was so nice. I told them what I wanted to pay for the car, we agreed, and I did all the paperwork. The entire transaction, from walking in to walking out, was about 1. 5 hours. . . a very short time compared to how long one usually spends at a dealership.
