It was great customer service. They listened to what I wanted. They did not oversell me. They were more than fair and I have a great warranty. They did pressure us to use in house financing. They made us feel like we were in control. I also love the service area, nice and comfy and free loaner cars even for an oil change.

The representative, Kenny, was excellent. He took care of everything we wanted and located an alternative to a brand new vehicle for us. He was not pushy and made us feel comfortable.
