I didn't feel pressured to make a decision quickly, but I also didn't feel ignored. They answered any and all questions I asked and were generally very nice to work with in filling out the paperwork once I purchased the car.

I've always followed Jim Ellis but when I actually went, I could tell it wasn't just about commission to the employees. They were polite and they considered my needs and concerns. I never felt like I was being robbed. Discounts were given and I can say I definitely left not only satisfied but very excited.
