I have owned this car for around 5 months now. I am not the first owner, but bought it in like new condition. The first thing I noticed about it is how it handled compared to the other SUV's I test drove. Some other models had clunky steering, or power steering that was almost too computerized. The Equinox has electronic steering, but has the right amount of driver feedback to make you feel in control. Another factor in buying the Equinox was the trunk/cargo space. It had far more than any of the other models I tested. The only complaint I have about it is that the turn radius is way too big. It completes a 40-foot turning circle which make U-turns next to impossible.
