This car is easy to drive for student drivers. I learned how to drive in the impala and it is very easy to maneuver. Sleek clean look to the car. Very well on gas mileage. My car was running good until it hit 170,000 miles on it and it started giving me problems. Not good in winter.

This vehicle matched all the stereotypes of an American car. Large, soft suspension with a big gas guzzling engine that should have produced way more power than it actually managed. It had a comfortable ride in a straight line but as soon as you attempted a corner then the usual complaint about American cars kicked in.
