This car has a very nice structure with the comforts of its four-door design, its hatchback which can be popped from under the dashboard, and its almost utter lack of blind spots. The brakes have always done well, the gear shift only had to be replaced once, and occasional maintenance and repairs keep this car in good running condition in spite of its age. It drives well and gets decent mileage; I drive mostly streets instead of highways. It's got a lot of miles on it but is still doing fine. An added feature is that this car has tinted rear windows, which really help with privacy and blocking the sun and heat a bit. The trunk is fairly roomy and can be loaded with a fair amount of items. The Malibu is well known among Chevy's long line of cars, and I would not mind having a newer model after my 1999 model gives up the ghost. I love being able to take three passengers in this car, as well. It is more comfortable having four doors.

In the eight years that I've had the Chevrolet Malibu, it has not failed me in getting me to my destination. I have loved this car for a long time, but as it gets older I feel it is disappointing me more and more. I've never had major issues with it because I take good care of it.
