For starters, the dealership is really nice and laid out neatly and professionally. They had a wide variety of cars to choose from, which made it a tough choice, but that was a good thing. The dealer agent that helped us was really friendly and professional. On top of showing us cars he thought we would like, he also told us when he didn't particularly like a car and gave valid and good reasons as to why not. The paperwork process was made a little bit more easy by his explanation of everything that we were signing.

Well this was a small used dealership and they had straight to the point service. They were friendly and did not try to hide anything or beat around the bush. They knew what they wanted and did not try to make you do something that you did not want to do. They made the buying and trading process relatively easy.
