When we got it they had to send us a replacement center console. But the fastener piece was never fitting right. The only issues that we experienced was that there was a sort of a whistling noise on one of the back vents when the A/C was going. As far as the ride it was very smooth. We have had a few issues with tires, but not an issue with how it was manufactured or who sold it. We got it in 2012 and and it was a 2010. It was in pretty good condition. It had a few scratches and stains, but otherwise it was kept in pretty good condition. We purchased it from a Toyota dealership and found it online. Since it wasn't a Dodge dealership they were ready to move on it fast. We are very happy with it. It has its issues, but what car doesn't. We have taken it to the Orlando & Dayton Beach areas many times with no issues. We also got back from Alabama recently (6 hr drive), and it worked very well. We didn't have any issues, and love the automatic doors. Here recently, the fob is starting to go out. But it is the first time since we received the van. Luckily it will work the van, even when it won't open the remote locks.

I like the room and gas mileage but poor on performance. If your taking a trip there's a lot of storage. And you'll save in your wallet with good gas mileage. You can also entertain with DVD player.
