They were very personable without pushing anything. They listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, and showed me multiple options. No up-selling, just a simple statement of what options were available (warranty, etc.). I did end up purchasing the warranty, and it's been totally hassle free. Car I bought had literally just come on the lot and ended up having an issue the next day (that they wouldn't have known without driving the car for about 30+ miles), and they fixed it no added charge as it was clearly 'pre-existing.'

This dealership was a no hassle, not trying to sell you the whole farm business. In fact, they were very relaxed about the sale of a vehicle, they wanted to up sell other more expensive cars that they had on hand, but were very helpful to get me what I actually wanted. There was also a high level of quality to the used vehicles that they were selling.
