Used Ford Escape for Sale in Callahan, FL

I have mixed feelings about this vehicle. I added the extended warranty, and I sure am glad that I did. I bought the car with about 54,000 miles on it, and in only 2 years put about 60,000 miles on it. I drive my car a lot, so when buying a car it was important to me to get a car that I can put a lot of miles on. I love that the car is a crossover SUV, and is high off the ground. When driving, I feel as though I am safe. I love that it has multiple airbags and passed safety tests. I had one recall on my vehicle due to a problem with the power steering. If I did not get the extended warranty on the vehicle, I would have traded it in months ago. When the car is working, I love it. When nothing needs to be fixed, it rides smooth, has a quiet ride, has all wheel drive, is roomy for my daughter in the back and handles great in the snow. I crashed my last car in the snow a few years ago, so having AWD and handling well in not so safe conditions is extremely important to me.

This vehicle is one of my favorite vehicles for many reasons. The first reason is it's sleek design. It is a well designed vehicle that has held up very nicely even on rough terrain. The vehicle has been able to handle extremely rough conditions. On the outside it is a midsized SUV, but on the inside it is luxurious. The seats are comfortable (black trim) and the interior is designed well. Not only is the vehicle itself a great looking piece of machinery, the fuel efficiency of the vehicle is not bad. It is certainly on pace with its rivals in regards to gas mileage. I serve food to the homeless and the vehicle has enough storage space to hold copious amounts of food and clothing. It is truly an all purpose vehicle. The stereo system in the vehicle is standard with what you will find, but it is not sub par in any way. Lastly, the air conditioning is extremely good in the vehicle, and that is important because I live in Arizona. I have very few complaints about the vehicle. If there was anything I could say negatively about the vehicle, it would be the size. For a family of four it is not as comfortable of a fit as my last vehicle, a 1996 Chevy Tahoe. In the Chevy Tahoe, the cab space was huge, so the Escape is a slight downgrade in that regard, but with everything else it is a substantial upgrade. It is one of the first vehicles I have owned and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants a great value purchase.
