I had been to a number of dealerships looking at similar minivans. The salesperson there went out of his way to answer my questions. He made me feel like he was my personal liaison to the dealership. He gave me a cell number and the day before I purchased he had a half hour conversation with me after business hours. He made me feel comfortable about my first new car purchase

This dealership was a no hassle or high sales pressure dealer. We went in to look at a specific certified car, but it was already sold. The dealer went out of his way to find a compatible car. Ended up getting a newer car with much fewer miles and still under warranty. It was an easy experience, and we did this with a tired and cranky 9 month old infant.
