Dependable.
My overall review of my car has been great. I really liked the car literally the first time I saw it. I was a pretty neutral color, the exterior was nice and neat, and it had an overall cool feel. The thing that I didn't like about the car was upon driving it off the lot, I needed a new alternator. And along came a few other repairs. But it was ok. I kind of expected something to be wrong with it. Otherwise, it performed like a champion. Most reliable car I've had.

My overall experience with my Ford Focus has been great. It is a completely reliable car with great gas mileage. The repairs are relatively fair and can last for a really long time. The only thing that I did extra to the car was add tint to the windows. Everything else was exactly how I wanted it to be. I have recommended this car to all my friends.

The size of the dealership and the lot can be somewhat intimidating. You feel lost as you wander the long line of new and even used vehicles. It didn't take long to have one of the salesmen come to our side and start with helping us get into something that would work for our family of 5. Would gladly shop here again in a few years when we are looking to upgrade again.

They had their cars competitively priced, especially the used vehicles there. My Ford Escape only had about 42,000 miles on it and was in great shape. A lot of the other Ford Escapes I looked for were around the same price but with 80,000-100,000 miles on them. Furthermore, the sales staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions.
