The car is small and has decent gas mileage. The turning radius on the car is very good and very easy to handle. The car is not long and not wide, so find parking for the Civic is easy. The interior feels very roomy, but when there are 5 people in the car, it can feel slightly cluttered. The acceleration is pretty good, but the top end speed can be a little lacking, but I don't own this car for power, so that hardly bothers me. So far, in 12 years the car has a little over 9,000 miles, which is on the lower end of car usage. I have not had many issues with the engine. Recently, Honda had sent out a recall to all of it's Civic owners. The recall had something to do with the air bag. I believe that when the airbag deploys, there is a chance that some shrapnel would be propelled as well. There are very little blind spots with this car. The car is easy to wash because it is not that large, easy to wax or polish because there aren't too many plastic pieces on the body, so they are easy to avoid. The paint quality has seemed to be holding up after 12 years, and I rarely wax or polish the car nowadays. The AC is cool, but not cold. It takes some time for it to get cool. The car comes with a CD player.

The 2014 Honda Civic is a reliable vehicle that will get you from point A to point B without trouble. This car is made to last for at least ten years with very little maintenance. My dislikes are that it does not have the power you demand sometimes when trying to speed up to traffic.
