Honda Odyssey is the best family vehicle!
We originally decided to get a minivan when we learned we were expecting our third child. After reading some reviews and talking to owners of different models, we decided the Honda Odyssey of the most recent generation would be best for us. It's been even better than expected! We can fit three car seats across the center row, which is fantastic. They each have a LATCH attachment too. Even the back row has three sets of LATCH attachments. The middle row can have the outer seats move outward, toward the doors, by a few inches in order to accommodate a wider variety of car seats. It's awesome. There are also many, many cupholders to accommodate a large family. The ride is very nice and smooth. The controls are intuitive and user friendly. The gas mileage is pretty good too.
