Used Hyundai Elantra for Sale in Virginia Beach, VA

I bought my Elantra the summer I graduated high school. I was looking for an affordable vehicle that was good on gas mileage and was smaller in size. I felt I was able to get a lot for my money with the Elantra. This car has been a perfect first car, and as it ages and I start to think about getting a new one, I realize it has many more years ahead of it.

I've owned my Elantra for two years now. I've had no major issues with the car up to this point. My Elantra has been a great car for several reasons. First would be the gas mileage, which I estimate to be around 30-32 mpg on average. I also enjoy long trips with it as it's a great cruising car. I just drove it from coast to coast and back with no problems whatsoever. One of the reasons I purchased the Elantra was that it had one of the best back seats as far as leg room of any of the cars in its class. This is important to me as I have a family of four and my kids are both tall. Fitting three passengers in the back is pretty cramped for us but it can be done, although I would not recommend it for long trips. The trunk has a lot of room for groceries or suitcases as well. One of the main reasons I purchased the Elantra was to have a safe car for my wife to drive, and up to this point that certainly has been the case. It doesn't have all the extras that other cars offer but that really wasn't a main point for me while comparing cars. Overall I would recommend the Elantra to anyone looking for a reliable car, good gas mileage, and a roomy back seat.
