The flexibility that they offered us before buying. We were scheduled to go on vacation shortly after looking at the car, and they 'held' the car for us while we were gone. We wanted to make sure that our bike rack fit the car before purchasing, and that it would fit into our garage. They drove the car to our house (25 minutes away) one EVENING to check it out.

When I was looking for my car, I did not have many options. So I had to decide what was available that time. Considering all the options, I found this deal to be what I was looking for and it fit in my budget. The sale person was nice and she tried her best to make a good deal for me as well for her.
