I like how the car handles and it offers a very smooth ride. It is easy to maneuver and is very quiet. It has a good brake system. I haven't had any real problems with the car except for some wiring issues that affected certain things in the car, signals and lights. The dealer fixed that issue immediately. It has been a very reliable car and has gotten me through a few roadtrips successfully. Its very roomy inside and has plenty of room for 5 people to stretchout. I have been pleasantly surprised with the roominess of the vehicle. The trunk is enormous and could easily hold another 2 people if your into that. Otherwise there is more than enough room for laundry, groceries, strollers, camping equipment, bicycles, basically anything you could need to take with you. The trunk door is a little heavy, that would be my only complaint about it. It took quite awhile to get used to the weight of lifting it up. All in all I would say it is a very good car. It offers a smooth ride, plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy a roadtrip, a nice sound system for music buffs, good control and a huge trunk. I would definitely recommend this car to any family or a person who wants a smooth, quiet ride with plenty of room for whatever. You cant go wrong with the Hyundai Sonata.

The car overall gets decent gas mileage and has held up for almost 100k miles. It has been relatively reliable with some minor exceptions. It is mainly used for commuting, but has been used for long road trips due to the overall comfort of the cabin.
