Incredible compact SUV for the price!
The Jeep Patriot is an inexpensive compact SUV that's incredible in winter conditions when equipped with four-wheel drive. Perhaps my favorite feature is having a 2.4 liter four cylinder engine equipped with the four-wheel drive on a car frame. This allows me to go through conditions most normal cars and trucks struggle with, but maintaining good miles per gallon for fuel. It gets around 21-25 MPG on the road and highway, but still has enough power to tow around 1000 pounds easily. On the inside, I enjoy the clean appearance and easy to maintain materials used throughout the vehicle. The Latitude version comes equipped with heated cloth seats for the driver and passenger, so it helps keep me warm in the harsh winters. The Jeep also benefits from a remote starter, so I can heat it or cool it depending on the time of year. I also have an incredible nine speaker stereo system equipped with satellite radio and the required inputs for my MP3 player of choice. When it comes to hauling groceries or building materials, I can fold down both the rear seats and the passenger side seat, so I rarely find something I can't haul inside. The other luxury items I have equipped are heated mirrors, a sunroof, and illuminated cup holders for the front passengers. All in all, this is a nice, low cost four-wheeling machine that'll get me into the woods if needed, but hauls goods and delivers reasonable gas mileage, too. I plan on driving it until it dies.
