I like the layout of the dealership. It is classy and unmatched by the other dealerships in the city. I also think they provide excellent customer service. They provide free roadside assistance. I also appreciate the fact that when you purchase a new vehicle they spend time showing you how to use all of the features.

Their customer service was excellent. A Lexus is not a cheap car and I wanted the customer service to be superb in order to know that I was making the right choice.
