The salespeople here are awesome. Stephen will go to bat for the clients. I negotiated with him a bit, but he never gave me a hard sell. The deal I got was fair. Avoid the financial people though. They are disorganized, and dishonest. They refuse to own up to mistakes. If you do use their financial services, make sure you confirm verbally (repeatedly) what it is you want. They pressured me into activating LoJack, which I never wanted. I refused it 4 times, and the financial guy said "well, how about we just throw it in, and I take $900 off your warranty?" I said okay, but then I didn't end up getting what was promised. The wording on the contract is not straightforward, so it's not very difficult for them to mislead you. Buyer beware.

The customer service at the Mini dealership was better than expected. They understood my needs as a customer. They were willing to negotiate price. They offered a great warranty with the car. They let me test drive multiple cars.
