The sales rep who sold me my truck, Dennis, was really friendly and charming. Most dealers I've worked with try to play a character, like "Cocky Macho Man" or "Mr. Oh Hey I Like Everything You Like What A Coincidence". It's easy to see through it and it makes for a bad time. When you're about to drop $10,000 on a vehicle, it's nice to do the deal with an authentic person, and Dennis was just that. He answered all of my questions about the vehicle and acknowledged some of the minor issues that I noticed during the test drive, which allowed me to negotiate a better price. Other salespeople I have dealt would never admit that there could possible be anything wrong with a car, and they make negotiating a hassle. The other reps in the place were also very courteous and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. I got a good price and a fair deal, and it didn't take too long, either. I saw Dennis a few months ago and he said he doesn't work there anymore, but Dennison will be my first choice when I go for another vehicle because I know what kind of people they have there.

After arriving on the lot I was greeted kindly but not pressured to start talking about what I wanted right away. After looking at a few vehicles I was able to easily wave a sales rep over and get information on the models I was interested in. I had many questions and even took two different cars for test drives. After deciding on a used Versa the financing and paperwork went through so fast that I was driving my new car home in under 2 hours! When I'm ready for a second vehicle I know I will be back!
