Practical, but not the best
This was my first car, and it did everything it was supposed to do. If you are looking for something flashy, I would stay away, but if you want a cost effective car that can get you from points A to B, this car is right up your alley.

Very reliable every day car.
This is my third Pontiac Grand Prix and like the rest, this has been a good car. It has a reliable 3800 V6 engine that if taken care of can go well over 200,000 miles. The gas mileage isn't the greatest, especially in the city were it's rating is 16-24 MPG or so. Have not had anything major go wrong while I have owned it. It turned over 100,000 miles recently, and the biggest issue I had was coolant lines to my transmission were leaking. It does get pretty good mileage on the highway, where I have gotten 32 MPG driving to Nebraska frequently. The leather bucket seats are comfortable and the sun roof still works with no leaking. Has a good sound system and the built-in Sirius XM radio is a plus too. Overall this is a very reliable car as long as you do its routine maintenance. One of the best features is the seat warmers. That leather can get cold this time of year and the seat warmers work great.

I love this car!
I bought this car new and it's been a great car for me it's 8 years old now and has almost 100,000 miles and I've not had any serious issues with it. It's fast for a full size sedan, the paint has held up beautifully. The interior is spacious, my daughter and Labrador are very comfortable in the backseat. The trunk is large and accommodates my husbands 12" woofers plus a cart of groceries very well.
