I have owned this car since it was brand new and have almost 200,000 miles on it. My expectations have been surpassed, and I hope to have a few more good years out of it.

I purchased my 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5i wagon brand new, and it has been going strong for over 12 years and 180,000 miles. It performs well in all weather conditions, including ice and snow. My Legacy has been extremely reliable. Besides usual repairs and maintenance issues like brakes, the starter, and wiper blades, the only major high cost repair has been replacing the head gasket. This appears to be an issue with Subarus across the board, but fixing this issue was worth it. I have taken this vehicle on many road trips across the country and am never worried that I will break down. There is plenty of room for passengers and cargo. You can even sleep in this car when taking long trips, and you will stay comfortable. It is sleek and sporty, even for a wagon. There have been no cosmetic or structural issues to worry about, including with the paint job or with rust. I would gladly buy this car again, and I have recommended it to many of my friends. I will be a Subaru buyer for life.
