While the sport package is equipped with heated seats and a sunroof, the unfortunate aspect of the car is the poor fuel economy. Subaru touts itself as being an affordable AWD vehicle line, but it needs to seriously rework the gas mileage in this economy. The car feels very stable on the road when driving and handles excellently in the snow. I have added studded snow tires because I live in the mountains, but I made it through a prior winter without them. The car has held up well through the years and the leather interior still looks brand new.

My car is sleek and sporty! I really like the color of the car(it is a purplish brown) it is not a common color. The seats are somewhat comfortable (firm) but, they didn't really focus on the lumbar when making this car in the late 90's! My husband tends to have back problems when we drive for long distances. There is a lot of room in the cabin of this car which makes it easy when shopping for large items or grocery shopping! We've had our car for about six years and it is still going strong! There is over 250,000 miles on this Subaru! We love that this car is all wheel drive. It drives very well in the snow! We can definitely rely on our car! There is some rusting that happens on the rocker panels that my husband has had to patch. He jokes that the car will fall apart and the motor will never stop running!
