I like how low cost the parts are, how easy it is for me to replace parts and how long the parts last. It may not be the coolest car on the block but if you're working class, it is the perfect car. It rarely breaks down and when it does, there are plenty of warning signs. It performs well enough to get me to Point A from Point B without any issues. It's comfortable and easy to use.

They had a good sized inventory of the specific type of car I was looking for and all the used cars I was looking at were part of the Toyota Certified Used Program. This made me feel confident that the car I was buying was in good condition. Roger, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had a pre-approved loan from my credit union and while Roger did offer to see if I could get a better financing deal through them, he wasn't pushy about it. Roger made the whole process easy and smooth. Also, the atmosphere of the entire dealership - from reception to financing - was welcoming, friendly and not pressure or stress inducing.

They had good customer service and treated people with respect. Most of the time they would ask you questions and let you think about the options available to you before bombarding you with deals that you can not "pass up". They also have quite a good selection of many models to look through. They even mentioned that if something wasn't in stock they would be able to order it for you and have it delivered to their location.
