The buying process was easy. I found the car online, communicated with an internet sales specialist who was very helpful, and set an appointment to buy the car. When arriving, the sales specialist provided all the information I needed and there was no pressure to buy. He was helpful on the test-drive, and when it came time to negotiate a price I was treated fairly and left a happy customer.

We shopped around at various local Toyota dealerships before we walked through the doors of the Elmhurst one--so we knew how low other dealerships were willing to go on the Camry. My husband had contacted an agent from this dealership, and that agent suggested a price (over the internet) that was clearly the best. But the best part of the dealership is the SERVICE Department!! The area is immaculate, and the workers so helpful!! The whole dealership is decorated as a model of the town of Elmhurst--very cool!
