They where friendly, the salesman did not pressure me. They had a good interest rate on the car loan. And it was a Toyota certified car so they offered a warranty through Toyota, and not a 3rd party.

They did a good job of explaining the differences between the car I purchased and its included 'sport' package and the stock options available, and gave me a fair price.
