The salesman's manner was good. We wanted to use our credit union loan and they canceled the loan they offer and let us use our own. I know it's unusual and we really appreciated it. I thought they are upset about it. However, when we went back to do some repair they were still friendly and nice.

Haven't purchased a car here, but their service department is one I trust with all services both major and minor. They've always been very accommodating, to the point that they've stopped me from wrecking my windshield by installing the wrong rubber onto the wrong windshield wipers. They're always been willing to answer my questions, and have handled complicated services on the spot. As far as service goes, I've been very happy with the quality of service. I expect I'll be going here for my next service!
