I hate buying new cars usually, but the people at Elhurst were respectful, helpful and most of all patient with me. The facilities are very good and clean, and I was very comfortable during the whole process. The sales people were very helpful and not in any way pushy, which has been my experience previously. Service was quick, and I didn't feel ignored or pushed around. It was easy to go online and check prices, and come in to drive the very same cars I was looking at. Overall, this was just a very easy process that couldn't have been better.

I really enjoyed the service I received. They had the car priced very reasonably, and worked with me on my requests for a trade-in value on my car, as well as agreeing to fix paint issues on the car I was buying. They just did a really great job and you could tell they valued my business.
