Unlike some previous experiences, there was very little pressure to commit before I was ready. They accommodated my specific order without problem. They provided me an intelligent list of alternatives I would actually be interested in, rather than pushing a specific model they were trying to move. I traded in my former car for part and that was seamless. Compared to other car purchases, the paperwork and processing was very quick

The service advisors do a fantastic job of being upfront about vehicle repair costs, as well as advising about what work is fully needed vs just advised. I've found them to be very honest. The purchasing experience was very easy and straight forward. None of the high pressure sales tactics were used during my experience, which made for a much more pleasurable experience.
