The process was easy. There were no high pressure sales. We were asked what we wanted in a car and what we were looking to pay. Von-Wil located the perfect little car and we have been so happy ever since. The service department is exceptional.

They had a saleswoman who specifically worked with people who were looking online and have a good idea about what they want to buy. She wasn't pushy, although her manager certainly was. She was really nice and personable. She made sure I test drove a few different cars to make sure I was happy with my decision. She worked really well with me and never tried to push me into a decision or make me feel uncomfortable.
