They were very friendly and helpful in every way possible. The car buying experience was not as I expected it to be. The salespeople were not overly pushy and they sincerely wanted to get to know you as clients and wanted to find the best deal for you as an individual.

The people were very helpful and respectful. I am a young woman who was buying my first car and a lot of other people at other dealerships seemed to look down on me or take advantage of my lack of experience. However, at Suburban Ford the employees I dealt with answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable.
